How to Redeem

1. View available workshop dates on our website.
2. Email hello@thefossick.com with your preferred date and your order number.
3. You will receive a booking confirmation within 3 business days.
4. If you haven't received confirmation, please contact us again, as occasionally emails can be delayed or fail to arrive.

Workshop Gift Voucher Terms

• Gift vouchers are redeemable towards any eligible Fossick Jewellery workshop.
• Workshops are subject to availability and advance booking is essential.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
• Workshop places are not reserved until a booking has been confirmed by The Fossick Jewellery.
• If you have contacted us to book and have not received a reply within 3 business days, please check your junk folder and contact us again by emailing hello@thefossick.com or via our website.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking a class.

Cancellations by you

More than 7 days before the class:
You may cancel or reschedule your booking for a full refund or class credit.

3–7 days before the class:
A 50% refund or class credit will be issued.

Less than 72 hours before the class or no-shows:
Unfortunately, no refunds or credits can be given.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person at no extra cost, provided you notify us in advance.

Cancellations by me

If we need to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another class date.

Materials & Preparation

As jewellery classes require advance preparation and materials, late cancellations cannot be refunded.
